Desktop Assistance, L.P. is a developer of technical communications and intelligent information systems. Founded in 1997 as a service company, we have grown from a small contracting firm to a comprehensive project development and technical communications team. Our main goal is to eliminate the chaos that limits the use and availability of our client's information.

The major issue today is not the lack of information, but the inability to get to it. Quite often, the information that is needed has already been produced and pushed to the web, but it can not be found in a sea of information posted and not linked together or updated. It is our belief at Desktop Assistance that most companies spend 20% of their time looking for data and another 30% of their time recreating data that already exists.
